To set up the Jimo and Intercom integration:
Connect Your Intercom Account:
Navigate to your Jimo Integrations settings page.
Locate the Intercom integration and click Connect.
Install Jimo in Intercom Messenger:
Go to your Intercom Messenger setup page.
Add the Jimo app to your Messenger home.
Once configured, customers will see your latest updates and can provide feedback directly through the Intercom Messenger, enhancing communication and feedback collection.
